LaDonna joined ACG in 2005.  As part of the performance reporting team, her focus is on managing complex client account structures, establishing procedures to accurately maintain client data, and preparing customized performance reports. Prior to ACG, LaDonna spent 19 years in the institutional trust departments of both US Bank and Bank of America. Her numerous roles included client relationship manager, daily valuation coordinator, and special projects consultant. She holds a BS in Business Administration and Finance from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville, as well as the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.
