Philip is the firm's Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Officer supporting the Chief Compliance Officer in overseeing the firm's compliance program and legal affairs. Prior to joining ACG in 2025, he was a Senior Compliance Counsel at Edward Jones, where he supported the Edward Jones Trust Company and previously supported the firm's proprietary mutual funds and affiliated investment adviser. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a law degree from Saint Louis University. He is a member of the Missouri Bar and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
